Submit a Request
Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to initiate your return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the e-bike in its original factory packaging, ensuring all components, chargers, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup as directed by our team.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned bike for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
