Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
Velotric e-bikes arrive 85% pre-assembled. We provide all the necessary tools and a comprehensive video guide to help you finish the assembly in about 30 minutes.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for bikes in new, unused condition. Please note that return shipping fees may apply, and the item must be in its original packaging.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Every Velotric bike is backed by a 2-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in the frame, motor, battery, and electronic components.
Can I ride my Velotric e-bike in the rain?
Yes, our bikes have an IPX6 water-resistance rating, meaning they can handle splashes and light rain. However, we recommend avoiding submersion or heavy pressure washing.
